Q. What is Randolph’s warranty on frames and/or lenses?
A. All Randolph products carry a lifetime warranty for solder joint failures and a one-year warranty on other parts and labor under normal conditions. There is no warranty on lenses.

It is a good idea to send the product properly packaged and in a manner that it can be traced. This feature is available with both UPS and the U.S. Post Office. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the problem with your sunglasses.
When we receive your sunglasses, we will determine whether to repair or replace the product and will inform you of any costs, if necessary.
Q. I am returning my sunglasses to Randolph for warranty repair. Does Randolph pay for the shipping for this?
A. The customer is responsible for getting the product to Randolph. When received and approved for warranty repair or replacement, we will pay for shipping back to the customer.
Q. I have broken one of the lenses in my Randolph sunglasses. Can they be replaced and if so, how much do they cost?
A. All Randolph sunglasses are designed to accommodate replacement lenses. The cost for plano (non-prescription) glass lenses is $20 a pair; polarized lenses are $40 a pair, plus shipping. Contact Customer Service (800 541 1405) and provide the frame style, size and color of the lens. Customer Service will assist you if you do not know the frame style and/or size.

Your satisfaction is the key to our success. We pride ourselves on the high percentage of our customers who return to buy additional Sunglasses after their initial purchase. We check every pair of Sunglasses we ship so that we can be certain you receive exactly what you ordered: A high quality, feature filled product at an affordable price.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, you may return it, with no questions asked, within 7 days after delivery.
You have 3 options
1) We'll replace them if they are damaged or defective
2) You can choose a different style (you pay the difference or we'll refund the difference in cost)
3) We'll give you a full refund (less shipping)
There are no hidden restocking fees. Your only cost is for shipping the glasses back to us.
To take advantage of this liberal return policy the following conditions must be met:
- Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number
- All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases must be returned
- Original manufacturer's guarantee cards, manuals and registration forms must be left blank
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from SOS Eyewear® prior to shipping, and the RA Number written clearly on the outside of the shipping carton

- Hi-Def Optics, LLC is not responsible for Returns or Guarantee requests for products purchased by third parties or distributors

- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you ask your shipper for Insurance and a Tracking Number, as Hi-Def Optics, LLC can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Hi-Def Optics, LLC will, at their sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective or damaged Survival Optics Sunglasses®. You will be charged only a nominal $15.00 fee for Shipping and Handling for Sunglasses purchased in the United States.
For lenses that have been scratched by the owner due to negligence or mistreatment, an extra charge in the amount of $10.00 per pair of Tinted Polycarbonate Lenses and $15.00 per pair of Polarized or XLT Chromacoat Lenses will be assesed.
To take advantage of this Lifetime Replacement Guarantee the following conditions must be met:
- Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number
- All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases as well as a copy of your guarantee, must be returned with the glasses.

All Bobster® products are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase on material and workmanship. This does not cover negligence in use of the product that extends to scratched lenses. Upon receiving the defective item, Bobster® will repair or replace it, at our sole discretion, at no charge. Authorization is not required for the return of defective merchandise. Please include the amount of $5.00 for return shipping and handling.

 Limited Warranty on Revision Eyewear Systems
What does this warranty cover? This warranty covers manufacturing
defects in your new Hellfly Ballistic Sunglasses. The system has been
thoroughly tested and inspected before shipment. The lenses, made from
high-grade, optical quality polycarbonate, provide superior impact
resistance, durability, and 100% UV protection, but SCRATCHED LENSES
ARE NOT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.
2. How long does coverage last? For all components of your Hellfly
Ballistic Sunglasses, this warranty lasts for a period of three years
from the date of purchase as long as you (the original purchaser or
recipient) own your Hellfly Ballistic Sunglasses. Coverage terminates
if you sell or otherwise transfer your Revision eyewear.
3. What will Revision do? Revision will replace any defective component
of your Hellfly Ballistic Sunglasses. You will not be charged for
replacement components but you are responsible for the cost of shipping
the defective component to Revision and for a processing fee of $9.95.
4. How do you make a warranty claim? If a defect develops in any
component of your Revision kit under normal use, send the defective
component along with proof of purchase and a check or money order for
the processing fee of $9.95 via insured mail, or overnight courier,
delivery pre-paid, to Revision Eyewear Ltd. at:

5. What does this warranty NOT cover? This warranty does not cover
scratched lenses, loss, or components that have been damaged by abuse,
misuse, or accident.
6. What damages are available? REVISION makes no express or implied
representations, warranties or guarantees about the merchantability or
the fitness for a particular purpose of REVISION eyewear or the ability
of REVISION eyewear to meet the requirements of the person wearing the
eyewear. There are no warranties except for those in this document.
Damages for breach of implied or written warranty on the Revision
Eyewear System are limited to replacement of defective components,
which is the exclusive remedy.
IN NO EVENT SHALL REVISION EYEWEAR LTD. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, DAMAGES FOR
PERSONAL INJURIES, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE ALLEGED IN TORT, CONTRACT,
INDEMNITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF REVISION EYEWEAR HAS BEEN APPRAISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. How do I get information about lost components? Replacement
information is available by calling Customer Care at 802-879-7002 or by
emailing customercare@revisioneyewear.com.
8. How does state law apply? This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to
state. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of or limitation
of incidental damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this
warranty may not apply to you.
Important Information:
Prescription lens addition to standard warranty disclaimer (See Warranty above) It
is very important to submit current, accurate prescription information
when ordering prescription lenses for use with the Hellfly Ballistic
Sunglasses. Failure to submit correct information regarding your
prescription could result in blurred vision, eye strain, fatigue,
and/or headaches.
Revision
recommends that you obtain your Pupillary Distance measurement from a
licensed eye doctor or optician. Many optical stores will provide this
service free of charge.
Prescription
lenses used in Hellfly Ballistic Sunglasses are prepared at Revision’s
request by an independent, licensed provider of prescription lenses.
Revision does not perform or offer to perform services as an
optometrist or optician.
Birdz products are fully guaranteed for one year from the date of
purchase on material and workmanship. Upon receiving the defective
item, we will repair or replace it, at our sole discretion. This
warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching,
accidental breakage, or worn foam. You will be required to show proof
of purchase within the warranty period, so be sure to save all receipts
or transaction records. A shipping/handling/processing fee of $7.95
